Work in a collaborative and innovative environment support Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). This is an amazing opportunity to directly support global Command and Control Mission Support (C2MS) program. You would be the critical component providing reach-back support for C2MS users.

• Support the operation of the Mission Systems Support Center (MSSC) and its associated hotline.
• Provide technical and troubleshooting support to network, computer and systems hardware and software users.
• Log, track and coordinate C2MS II issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely fashion, via phone, remote computer access, and on-site.
• Contact internal or external agencies and on-call experts to efficiently resolve issues.

• BA/BS degree or substitute additional experience in lieu of degree.
• 2-3 years experience in help desk or customer services in a technical field.
• Require minimum SECRET security clearance and ability to receive a TS/SCI clearance.
• Be certified, or be able to obtain certification within 4 months of hire date, in CompTIA Security+.
