Overview

Planned Systems International (PSI) is currently seeking an experienced Audiovisual Installation Lead Technician to support our team at multiple locations across the United States.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

As an Audiovisual Installation Lead Technician, your role involves supervising the installation of audiovisual systems. This includes coordinating with clients, interpreting technical diagrams, and leading a team in mounting and configuring equipment. You would be responsible for ensuring proper cable management, troubleshooting system issues, and training clients on system usage. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are key attributes for this position. Staying updated on industry advancements and adhering to safety standards during installations are also essential aspects of the role.

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in AV industry, at least 5 years of AV lead experience.
  • 70% travel is required.
  • Must be able to clear background check.

Desired Qualifications

  • CTS and BICSI certifications are a plus.

Physical Demands

  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
