Overview

Planned Systems International (PSI) is an Enterprise IT services company that focuses on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations is seeking a skilled Program Manager. The purpose of this overall project is to provide centralized credentialing and privileging services and support to the United States Army Reserve (USAR) Command with initial entry credentialing, maintenance of credentialing and privileging, and support the Centralized Credentials Privileging Board’s review of completed credentials and privileging files.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

Act as the overall manager and administrator for the contract effort; serve as the working level primary interface and point of contact (POC) with Government program authorities and representatives on program / project and contract administration issues; supervise program / project operation by developing management procedures and controls, planning and directing project execution, and monitoring and reporting progress; manage acquisition and employment of program / project resources; and manage and control financial and administrative aspects of the program / project with respect to contract requirements  Also, the applicant will perform the following duties:

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in credentialing. Credentialing knowledge means the Contractor understands the process of obtaining medical documentation and maintaining those documents in a current status in accordance with (IAW) Defense Health Agency Procedures Manual 6025.13 and/or Army Regulation (AR) 40-68
  • Ability to maintain credentialing knowledge and experience to catalyze the successful development and maturation of the operation
  • Perform and maintain a quality control program to meet requirements of this contract and all associated regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), written guidance, and policies.
  • Develop / maintain tools and provide general management and operational recommendations to APMC Command

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor or postgraduate degree in engineering, scientific, technical or business management disciplines from an accredited college or university

  • Eight (8) years of management and supervisory experience.
  • Have current national certification in credentialing through the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or the Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) program and a minimum of (8) eight years of credentialing experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software, to include, but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including excellent customer relationship skill sets that can interact with all government stakeholders and corporate leadership

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Healthcare, or related field. An equivalent combination of education, certification, and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance preferred.
  • Experience in the DOD credentials process preferred
