Overview

We are currently seeking a IBM ITX Developer. 

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software
  • Participate as an active member of the scrum team, providing input to team velocity and sprint ceremonies, planning, demonstrations and retrospectives
  • Design and code high quality PEGA deliverables adhering to standards and design principles
  • Follow PEGA coding standards for project use including code reuse from other applications, avoiding customization, design consideration, application naming convention, class structure definition, naming rules, installation considerations, naming and design considerations, interrogating applications, using integration processes, and using automation
  • Work with Testing Technicians to create unit tests and ensure code coverage is met as per the agreed standards
  • Produce quality and timely deliverables
  • Support root cause analysis and resolution for complex issues regarding performance, scaling, and custom configuration
  • Provide input to the Product Operation Manual (POM) and design patterns in collaborating with multiple division teams

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience in business, functional and technical areas. An additional 8 years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
  • IBM Internet Transformation Extender (ITX) v9.x or 10.x
  • IBM Internet Transformation Extender Advanced (ITXA) v9.x or 10.x
  • Healthcare Pack for ITX
  • Finance Pack for ITX
  • Supply Chain Pack for ITX Server operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows),
  • Virtualized servers and hosted server architectures.
  • Cloud (IBM/Amazon/Azure/GCP) based deployment architecture
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, building technical artifacts, system testing, deployment, and support.
  • Industry-standard communication protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, HTTP/S, FTP/S)
  • Security standards (PGP/GPG, SSL certificates, SSH)
  • Relationship database management systems (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, DB2)
  • LDAP and integrated authentication
  • System and port architecture
  • Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards (e.g., X12, EDIFACT)
  • Experience working with security controls in DevOps environment.
