Overview

We are currently seeking a proven Senior Requirements Analyst to support the Unique Mission Cell (UMC) by planning, coordinating, and executing assessment/test events. meetings associated with quarterly and ad-hoc field assessment/test events at locations designated by the government. Each event requires participation in several planning conferences to align organizational goals with a scenario, test participants, and appropriate environment (ranges, training areas, life support, logistics, etc.) for a successful test exercise. Support these exercises as a part of exercise control in various cells (white, red, blue, etc.) as directed by UMC leadership. Assist in collecting data (as required) including impacts to operational and technical integration of emerging technologies and prototypes as well as with COTS and GOTS equipment/systems. All work requires travel to assessment sites within the US and some OCONUS travel. The endstate is to Provide the opportunity to assess technical and operational impacts of emerging technology within the US Army and other DoD related customers.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

  • Arrange personal travel plans in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) to support assessment events.   
  • Attend/organize planning coordination meetings.
  • Coordinate necessary logistics, training areas, test participants, as deemed necessary from planning coordination meetings.
  • Assist in the development of plans (e.g Memorandum of Instruction) to assist in execution of the test event.
  • Conduct analysis of data collected. Provide recommendations for changes or improvement in order to achieve stated goals of assessed hardware and software. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in English or Technical Writing.
  • Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and customer service skills. 
  • Valid US Passport.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in military R&D, experimentation, or acquisition is a plus. 

Physical Demands

  • Operate and physically able to move with military personnel in a field environment in all weather to observe and collect observations of hardware and software in use during the assessment.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
