The Legal Intern will support PSI’s Legal Department across government contracting, employment law, and corporate transactions. This role is designed for a law student who wants practical experience in an in-house legal department supporting federal and state programs, technology development, and day-to-day corporate legal needs. The intern will work closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams (contracts, HR, finance, operations, and business development). Due to PSI’s work on PARADIGM and the Rural Health Transformation Program, PSI will be expanding quickly into state procurements.
