QuarterLine (QL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) Company, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist to deliver exceptional patient care services at Mike O’Callahan Military Medical Center (MOMMC), Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. This role is essential to supporting the military healthcare mission by providing timely, high-quality, and patient-focused radiological care in a dynamic clinical environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, sound medical judgment, and the ability to effectively manage emergent and complex cases. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are also critical to success in this position.
Duty Hours: The most common schedule block is 8 hour days in the OR: Normal duty hours during the weekday are from 6:30am to 3:00pm, 6:30am to 5pm, or 6:30am to 7pm, as well as “in-house” call shifts that vary, but are generally from 3-5pm until 6:30am the following morning on weekdays, and from 7:00am until 7:00 am (24 hours), or 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am (12 hours) on weekends and holidays.
A post-call day off will be given after a call shift, unless pre-determined not to be taken otherwise. Contract personnel shall be available for 0-2 call shifts per month (only if necessary) or set number of shifts if predetermined to substitute/add call shift hours for regular duty hours
Overage Hours: Overage hours are only available for continuity of care requirements or emergencies. Overage hours will be done "in-house" and range from 0-12 hours per week. Overage hours shall NTE 25 hours per FTE allotted annually.
