Overview

We are currently seeking Site Supervisors responsible for the direct oversight and management of site operations.

 

Site Supervisors are a distinct labor category and are considered Key Personnel. Each Site Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for the U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Director of Emergency Services (DES) for their assigned location(s). While their primary role is supervisory, Site Supervisors shall be fully qualified to perform all IACS Specialist duties (and will have previously served as an IACS Specialist Registrar) and are expected to do so to augment staff during manning shortfalls or surge requirements. They will be capable and familiar with all tasks and duties of an IACS Specialist. 

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring an efficient and orderly office environment is maintained.
  • Providing hands-on training, mentorship, and transition assistance to new and existing contractor employees.
  • Developing and managing work schedules for all contractor IACS Specialist personnel under their supervision to ensure full coverage during operating hours.
  • Monitoring the quality of customer service to ensure performance meets or exceeds the standards outlined in the Performance Requirements Summary.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of IACS consumables and standard office supplies and submitting timely purchase requests to the Government point of contact (POC) to prevent shortages.
  • Enforcing all safety and security standards, including key control procedures and ensuring the office is secured at the end of the day.
  • Serving as the primary onsite liaison with Government leadership and reporting any issues or concerns to the Contractor's Program Manager and the COR.
  • Ensuring that the customer-facing areas and work environment are maintained in a clean and professional manner and alerting the Government site lead of any facility or janitorial issues.
  • Site Supervisors shall simultaneously perform duties IACS Specialist duties listed in PWS 5.1.1 Specific Tasks.  

Minimum Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to pass a T-1 Background Check, FBI Fingerprint Check, and National Agency Check and Inquiry.
  • Currently possess U.S. SOFA in OCONUS location and ability to qualify for a Common Access Card to access unclassified US Government computer networks.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of relevant professional experience. 
  • Demonstrated capability to manage and lead peers and subordinates in an office environment in Army Garrison or similar OCONUS situation.
  • Capability and willingness to provide daily augment support to include taking directions from US Government Civilian employees and Local Nationals in the employ of the US Government.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.

Desired Qualifications

  • 1 year or more as an IACS Specialist Registrar in Germany, Italy, or Belgium.
  • Successful experience in a customer-facing/service role.
  • German (or European) foreign language proficiency is a plus.

Physical Demands

  • Willingness and physical capability to spend full (8-hour) workday in an office environment that may lack air conditioning in the summer months.
