We are currently seeking a Facility Manager for PSI’s NWFL Innovation Lab supporting research and development activities in the Innovation, Energy and Defense sectors. • Responsible for coordinating with government customer and program leadership for use of the Innovation and Automedix facilities.
• Manage all aspects of facility maintenance to ensure utilities, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance are accomplished.
• Work with corporate facility manager to ensure security system and badging services are working and badges for all local employees are provided.
• Ensure kitchen area is stocked with amenities that ensure employee morale.
• Work with program leadership to ensure quality of facility is maintained as the showcase location for PSI in the panhandle of Florida.
• Work with subcontractors to ensure access is based on good standing with corporate finance.

• 3 years of experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of commercial and military environments.
• Knowledge of government professional settings. Understand how to manage distinguished visitors from government customers.
• Knowledge of and experience of medical and government professional environments to keep our facility at the cutting edge.

• Experience in professional nursing and medical equipment.

• Ability to lift 15 pounds independently.
