ProSphere is offering free IT Training. This offer is only available to Military Veterans who live within 1 hour of Bossier City, LA and Barbourville, KY. We pay $10 per hour up to 30 hours a month for 3 months. All aspects of this training will be completed virtually which includes an one hour orientation. All training is self-paced and can be completed from the comfort of your own home during the time that fits your schedule.

In order to provide qualified Customer Service Technician certified candidates, ProSphere is looking for veterans to complete CompTIA training. The Customer Service Technician provides customer support, service and technical support through analysis and problem solving to enable installation, maintenance, education, implementation and documentation of a variety of software and hardware technologies using remote communication or via phone to the client or the end user.
