ProSphere is seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) with experience managing Information Technology customer service operations. The BRM will serve as a liaison and business partner between the Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) subject matter experts and the Operating Administration customer base, ensuring customer requirements are understood and addressed. The BRM provides tailored customer service and maintains continuous, open communications between the IT Shared Services and the DOT customer on all IT service and support issues. This includes communicating customer requirements to IT Shared Services, information about IT Shared Services Enterprise projects to the customer base, and problem/issue escalation and resolution. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with all project stakeholders. Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
